Sparkling Apple Pie

A lovely holiday drink to satisfy your apple pie cravings.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Ciroc French Vanilla Vodka
- 3 oz Spiced Honeycrisp Apple Cider
- 1/2 oz Cinnamon-Honey Simple Syrup
- Barspoon Tahitian Vanilla Extract
- 2 oz Extra Dry Brut Champagne
- 2 Cinnamon Covered Apple Sliced
- Crumbled Snickerdoodles
Instructions
- Rim glass with snickerdoodle crumbs, fill with ice.
- Pour all still liquid ingredients into a ice filled shaker.
- Shake vigourously and strain into glass.
- Top with champagne.
- Garnish with apple slices.
Margarita de Gracias

An autumnal twist on the Margarita that we can all be thankful for.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Patron Añejo Tequila
- 1 oz St. George Pear Liqueur
- .5 oz Grand Marnier
- 2 oz Honeycrisp Apple Cider
- 1 oz Pear Juice .5 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Blue Agave syrup
- Citrus Rimming Sugar
- Dried Blood Orange Slice
- Cinnamon Stick
Instructions
- Rim glass with Citrus Rimming Sugar.
- Combine all liquid ingredidents in shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with dried Blood Orange slice and a cinnamon stick.
Notes:
Also lovely as a frozen treat! Just trade a shaker with a blender.
Snow White Cosmopolitan
Yield: 1 Drink

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Stolichnaya Cranberry Vodka
- 1.5 oz White Cranberry Juice
- .5 oz St. Germain
- .5 oz Gran Marnier
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Citrus Zest Simple Syrup (optional)
- Mint sprig
- Fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Chill martini glass.
- Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into martini glass.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint sprig.
Notes:
If you like your cosmo on the sweeter side, include simple syrup.
Citrus Zest Simple Syrup can be made by boiling strips of orange and lemon peels in 1 part water & 1 part sugar until it turns to syrup. Remove peels before serving.
